Saturday, September 24, 2016 - Public tasting begins at 12 noon
In September, the 25+-year-old Wagonmasters Downtown Chili Cookoff brings out the zany and the serious competitors as over 50 teams and 9,000 spectators gather to regale the spicy concoction. As an official International Chili Society event, a variety of chili dishes are offered according to the society's entry criteria.
